Two separate federal Courts Of Appeal handed down two opposite opinions today on the Subsidies Provision in the Affordable Cate Act.
There has been much commentary throughout the Rightosphere today on the decisions, with many, it seems, believing that the decision against the Provision, which subsidizes Obamacare enrollees insurance costs, will prevail and, therefore, is a ‘death-knell’ for the law.
This ruling means nothing, no matter what.
That entity known as The United States Of America is gone — finished, overthrown, discarded. It’s Constitution is de facto inoperative as far as those in Power And Control are concerned.
The Rule Of Law is gone, replaced by The Rule Of Whim.
We are living in a post-Constitutional Despotic State.
The Jarrett Junto will do whatever it wants, no matter how the full court Of Appeals rules, or if it reaches the Supreme Court and they hand down an opinion.
The Legislative Branch of this Despotic State will not resist Caesar, being as it is filled with Courtiers and sniveling Quislings.
This is just another scene in a very tragic farce.
It is imperative that our side, those of us who are fighting to Restore our Freedoms and Liberties, not delude ourselves in any way. We cannot afford to because victory will only be achieved if we remain clear-eyed and sober in devising our strategies and tactics. If we indulge in wishful-thinking, we will ultimately lose this War and our Posterity will, rightly, never forgive us.
Show me where there is any longer that reasonable expectation of Justice being delivered.
Show me how to have faith that the people running governments at any level will not act arbitrarily — the Law be damned — subjecting us to their personal, political, and petty desires, and their delusions of bringing about Heaven On Earth.
The guiding hand of Virtue has been severed and discarded, the malignant cancer of Ideology has metastasized, unleashing a maelstrom of mayhem in every part of our Culture.
The Center cannot hold because it has been undermined and abandoned — left unattended and unguarded, it has crumbled.
The condition of Law And Order has been reduced to a state of Lawlessness And Disorder, with every, single action we take subject to be declared a crime.
Chaos mounts. Anarchy looms. Fear grips the American Soul. There are no standards; there is no stability.
We are subject to a Despotism that seeks nothing less than our capitulation to it’s enslaving embrace.
In such a situation, can we afford to engage in wishful-thinking?
Forbid it! Strike such comforting fantasies and illusions from our Hearts and our Minds. Reject the Temptations of the Deadly Sins being offered to us by those who despise everything that America stands for and was before the virus of Leftism crossed our borders and ravaged our Society.
I know not what course others may take, but as for me: I will not be a slave; I will either Live Free Or Die.
